Usually when you try to prevent it from happening, you will find that they will not appear too quickly. Prevention is easy to do, and with these tips, you can prevent the stretch marks from occuring.

  • Vitamins A, E, and C : Any type of vitamin that you will ever find will usually have at least one of the vitamins above. However, you should always consider taking all three if you want for your skin to look and feel better, along with prevent the stretch marks from happening.
  • Lotions : Any type of lotion should do the trick, but the ones with cocoa butter are great to have. The truth is that lotions with cocoa butter are available almost everywhere, and all it takes is a matter of going through the ingredients to see if this ingredient exists inside. Lotions are very cheap so you won’t need to worry about spending so much money.

Removal

The removal process is a different kind of process and requires a ton of different things as well. When you try to remove the stress marks, you will find that they can be quite hard to get rid of. Follow these very simple tips, and you can be sure to find the perfect remedy for getting rid of your stress marks.

  • Stress Mark Creams : There are actually many creams out there that are made specifically to remove all the stretch marks that you have. If you find one that works well, start using it more often. Retin A is a type of ingredient that you need look for in a cream. However, avoid this ingredient if you are pregnant.
  • Tanning : This type of remedy may not remove it all completely, but the sun itself can really help you remove a bit of the stretch marks that you may have. Tanning is definitely a great activity to do, and it can make a huge change to your stretch marks.
  • Vitamin Gel : If you get a vitamin E capsule, easily open it up and place the gel on your stretch marks. This will help in removing all of the stretch marks that you may have. This is extremely smart to do, and it can really be worth doing in the long haul.

The person above me is wrong. I’ve had stretch marks for a while on my butt because it got huge in a matter of a month while I was in high school (I’m in college now). I put cocoa butter on every night after a shower and after I got home I put vicks vapor rub on a washcloth and lay it on one side of my butt for about 10 minutes and then do the other side. It took about 2 months and they were gone. I put bio-oil on my butt to prevent more stretch marks from appearing. Put this on your stomach 2 or 3 times a day when you’re pregnant to prevent stretch marks; 2 weeks after conception is when you start getting a baby bump.

Here is my idea about Stretch marks removal
Various kinds of Laser treatment are used to treat both red/purple and white stretch marks, and usually works by promoting the formation of collagen. It can be costly, nevertheless, and effectiveness is limited.

Vascular lasers – won’t remove superficial skin, but are efficient against redness by treating the blood vessels behind it (V-Beam, requires 3 to six sessions, about $450 per session).

Fractionated laser – minimizes older, much more entrenched stretch marks in a process comparable to “smudging” anticipate to pay about $1000 USD per session, and you’ll require at least 3 sessions yields about a 30% improvement. New generation fractional lasers can improve depressed skin, whiteness, and redness in one to 3 sessions.

Pulsed dye laser therapy – “remodels” the underlying layers of skin and trigger the production of collagen and elastin it’s most efficient on new stretch marks, but may be efficient on older ones. The light heats blood vessels and makes them collapse so that the color is decreased, but it does not affect texture. Five treatments, one month apart, $500-800 per treatment. It is not suggested for anybody with a dark skin tone because of the possible for skin discoloration, and it should not be used while pregnant or nursing.

Fractional photothermolysis also targets the underlying layers of skin it damages little dot-like areas, not the entire region.

The excimer laser triggers melanin production so that stretch marks take on the same color as the surrounding skin. This can be efficient against older stretch marks.[5] Excimer laser is for older marks. 10-20 treatments, two weeks apart, $200-700 per treatment.

Also consider microdermabrasion. Microderm abrasion is a easy, straight forward, non-invasive procedure that revitalizes dull skin, reduces large pores, erases fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, reduces mild pigment irregularities (hyperpigmentation), stretch marks and age spots.

It is equally efficient to other skin treatments (on superficial imperfections) and, most importantly, it allows you to get back to your daily routine instantly following treatment.

Microdermabrasion is accessible as a spa / specialist treatment and can also be carried out at house by using house microdermabasion kits. Microdermabrasion helps repair stretch mark ski damage without becoming painful or surgically invasive in any way.

Utilizing cosmetic surgery to remove stretch marks is rarely suggested. If you have stretch marks on your abdomen (tummy) as well as a large amount of loose skin, it might be feasible to have an operation called an abdominoplasty, also recognized as a tummy tuck. An abdominoplasty removes the excess skin and fat about your abdomen, as well as removing the stretch marks below your belly button at the same time.

Though this will function there are much more significant risks associated with invasive surgery, and the resulting scarring might also be an problem.

I do believe that Stretch mark creams are one of the most popular removal methods available today. There are several types of creams that are being sold everywhere so you should take the time to read the ingredients used to get the best product available.
Lotions too are often used in alleviating the severity of stretch marks in the body since it can help moisturize your skin as well as strengthen it. It would be best that you apply lotion and cream on your body along with other methods to see better effects.
Other stretch marks removal methods include changing your lifestyle. This may take a long time to take effect but it can still give you plenty of health benefits as well. Massaging your skin is another important method that you should think about when you want those blemishes to disappear. By massaging the affected area with cream, lotion or any removal product, your skin will appear far better than before.
You may want to consider exfoliating your skin to get rid of stretch marks. Oatmeal is one of the best products that you can use when clearing your skin of dead cells. After using this method, you should apply lotion onto your skin to moisturize it for better results.
If your stretch marks are quite severe, you may want to think about undergoing surgery. Needless to say, this is the most expensive stretch marks removal treatment. There are lots of surgical methods that you can choose from when it comes to stretch marks removal so be sure to consult a specialist first before going ahead with your plan.
You don’t have to endure the looks that other people give you while you are on the beach because of your stretch marks. Use these methods and see for yourself how your skin improve in no time at all. Experiment on the best stretch marks removal method to use and bring back the beautiful skin you once had.
